With that being said, an educated decision on how much of each should be consumed needs to be made depending on your body, the amount of energy you burn each day, your goals and any other particular health requirement you have. Since we are not nutritionists or doctors, we can’t tell you what is exactly needed for you or to reach your goals – lose weight, maintain, build more muscle, gain lean weight, etc. But what we can certainly tell you is that our food is made with fresh ingredients, no additives, or processed foods.
